Ask your claims company for a copy of their complaints procedure or check their website. This should tell you how to complain and how they will deal with it.
If your claims company doesnÂt respond to your complaint in 8 weeks or if you’re unhappy with their response, you should contact the Claims Management Regulator helpline.
