Organiser: Humber LEP Growth Hub

Event Type: Workshop

This Operational Workforce Planning workshop will allow an SME owner, or employee who is responsible for managing an area/department, to explore what is happening in the wider workforce and consider the impact that it is likely to have on them.

Attendees will be introduced to models/approaches that will help them identify what they need to do in order to ensure that they have the workforce they need now and in the future.

  • Proactive planning for the short, medium and long term
  • Creating departmental flexiblity
  • The role of recruitment, engagement and retention
  • Creating an action plan

The workshop will be delivered by Fathom Learning, established in 1982 with more than thirty years experience in organisational development. Over the last three years Fathom have worked with one hundred and forty-seven client organisations, more than four hundred and fifty senior managers, and over eleven hundred managers, to help them improve their organisations.

Once initial eligibility has been determined, you will be contacted by your local #GrowMySME business advisor to complete your registration to The Programme either over the phone or in a 1-2-1 meeting with you at your convenience. A member of our programme team will then be able to confirm your event booking.
